Gataloca - Salsa steps and sounds

Gataloca : "the crazy cat" : what does it mean ? simply that I turn crazy when the music (salsa) starts being played and have to "put on my velvet paws" and start dancing without a rest / my "velvet paws" ? a French expression to describe how cats moove smoothly (I'm still hopin' I dance as a cat walks)
but "gata" being also employed in Puerto Rico as a popular way to say "girl" I am just another crazy girl and you know that already if you ever met me (lucky you !) :-)

A line to thank some people who deserves it, plus are people I like (or love) :
- Anton : you gave me the mambo ; I owe you my salsa-ears and pretty much my mambo-feet too... you opened this new world for me and I'll always be thankful for that... and you're the most beautiful dancer in the world... love.
- Ara : you gave me the belly dance ; I always wanted to dance belly, feeling a strong connexion with my cultural origins (all my grand-parents were born in Morocco, Algeria or Egypt), but you're the one who offered me a way (and which way !) to access to it... many thanks, and wish to keep working with you in the future.
- Lourd & Kaytee : you've given me a passport for a new world, the Indian one ; I will never have enough words to tell how much I have been dreaming of this country : thanks.
- - Diana : you gave me friendship and safety in a foreign country (Philippines) ; I won't have any words to thank you for taking care of me in Philippines and promoting me, as my "fan" number one, and for helping me in any circumstances (even sewing a complicated bra during your vacation time !)... again, thank you, thank you, thank you...
- Lily / Gene / Rebecca / Lisa : you're giving me my self-confidence and material security in China ; you're my best friends and promoters in Shanghai... without you I would not have any appartment or job or friends here, you're the nicest Chinese people ever ! :-D
- and last but not least : thanks to my parents... no way to say for what, as they have been doing EVERYTHING for me, the list to thank them for would be too long... I love you so much...
